Workshop On Wheels

The Idaho Art Lab is seeking funding to purchase a large school bus, Travel Liner bus or trailer to conduct FREE outreach art workshops at local parks, hospitals and nursing homes. The mobile workshops would also be used to provide our FREE in-school art workshops for those schools who do not have a project room sufficient for such lessons (there are many such schools).Getting a vehicle with wheelchair access would allow us to help the disabled as well. We will be gutting the vehicle to make room for workshop tables, chairs and art supplies.

Please be on the lookout for a vehicle that would fit our needs. The project leaders have also volunteered their skills in exchange for a bus or trailer. If you own a vehicle that would fit our needs, please consider the following:

• Donate the vehicle for a tax write-off (The words "Donated by the ____ Family" and your family's artistic likeness will be placed on the bus as a thank you).

• Allow us to buy it in a few months after we've received funding
