May 1, 2025: Your makerspace now owns over 40% of the property!
The Idaho Art Lab not-for-profit organization has raised over $140,000 in our Forever Home Capital Campaign and now owns over 40% of the 3.88 acre property. Individuals like you, who are passionate about our mission, have supported us through donations, by paying for our services or by joining up with the I AM Coalition (created to loan us the money needed to purchase the property). A separate fundraiser, "Raise the (Barn) Roof)" raised the $13,000 needed to roof the 2-story barn and expand our makerspace another 2,500 sq. feet. What an amazing community. Thank you!
On July 30 we closed on the property which includes the 5,300 sq. ft. building, a 20-bay RV Storage facility and a 2,500 sq. ft. barn on this 3.88 acres. We now have a Makerspace Campus!!
Every dollar you donate will make our monthly loan payments less.

Capital Campaign for a The IDAHO ART LAB 501(c)3 non-profit has secured a loan for the $350,000 we needed to buy our building and 3.88 acre property. THANK YOU! It would have taken about $1 Million to re-build a space this perfect for us. Here's our story ... We need to own our building for a stable future. Our volunteers have been caring stewards of this community center for the arts since 2010 and want to see it become a lasting legacy for the next generation. We've customized this 5,300 sq. ft. facility to be perfect for the many art labs you can rent by-the-hour, the art gallery, even lodging for artists-in-residence to stay here on site. Help us create long-term stability by owning this property so we can continue to provide the level of programming you have helped us develop AND have room to expand into a lodging & learning campus on the land here.
