Workshop On Wheels

The Idaho Art Lab is seeking funding to purchase a large school bus, Travel Liner bus or trailer to conduct FREE outreach art workshops at local schools, parks, hospitals, juvenile detention centers and nursing homes. We would also like to offer plein air painting road trips giving artists an opportunity to paint the landscape on site from the comfort of a heated bus. Getting a vehicle with wheelchair access would allow us to help the disabled as well. We will be gutting the vehicle to make room for workshop tables, chairs and art supplies.
